Network Engineer - CCNA Certified (5-8 yrs)

We are seeking a Network Security Engineer with expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, network switches, VMware virtualization, and monitoring tools.

Experience : 5+Years.

Location : Chennai.

Shift : US Shift.

- 4-8 years of experience in network security engineering.

- Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama management.

- Expertise in network switching and routing (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, LACP, etc.

- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and NSX-T/V.

- Experience with network monitoring tools (i.e., SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios, PRTG, etc.

- Knowledge of VPNs, IPSec, SSL, and SD-WAN solutions.

- Experience with network security hardening, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence.

Mandatory Certifications : CCNA.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama management.

- Configure and troubleshoot network switches and routers, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, LACP, and other relevant protocols.

- Manage and administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, and NSX-T/V environments.

- Monitor network performance and security using tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios, PRTG, or similar platforms.

- Implement and maintain VPNs, IPSec, SSL, and SD-WAN solutions.

- Harden network security configurations and implement appropriate security controls.

- Investigate and respond to security incidents.

- Stay abreast of the latest network security threats and vulnerabilities.

- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure network security best practices are followed.
