Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with over 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP PM functionalities, configuration, and implementation processes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver efficient plant maintenance solutions that align with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP PM modules, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and provide customized SAP PM solutions.

- Perform system configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting within SAP PM.

- Manage master data setup for equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, and task lists.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth business operations.

- Conduct workshops and gap analysis to identify business needs and propose appropriate solutions.

- Work on integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FICO to ensure seamless operations.

- Deliver regular status updates, report project progress, and address issues to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and test enhancements, including ABAP development.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, system compliance, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM module implementation and support.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance processing, notifications, work orders, and integration with other modules.

- Proficiency in SAP PM master data, such as equipment, functional locations, and task lists.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

- SAP PM Certification (preferred).

- Experience with S/4HANA implementation (a plus).
