Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PM module configuration, implementation, and support. The role requires hands-on expertise in the maintenance lifecycle, asset management, and process optimization within SAP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP PM module implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with client business requirements.

- Design, configure, and support the SAP PM solution, including asset management, maintenance planning, and execution.

- Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements and provide best practices solutions.

- Analyze business processes and provide solutions using SAP best practices in plant maintenance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the SAP PM module.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

- Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants and end-users.

- Create detailed documentation for configuration, process flows, and troubleshooting guides.

- Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module in implementation, upgrades, and support projects.

- Expertise in configuring and optimizing SAP PM functionality, including maintenance planning, work order management, preventive maintenance, and asset management.

- Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

- Ability to lead and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Experience in gathering business requirements, process mapping, and conducting workshops.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Desired Skills :

- SAP certification in Plant Maintenance or related modules.

- Experience in S/4 HANA or latest SAP versions.

- Knowledge of industry best practices in plant maintenance.
