Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in AI/ML algorithms, data science, and programming, with a proven track record of implementing AI solutions in real-world applications. You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining advanced AI models and solutions to solve business challenges across various industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model training using large datasets.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI/ML and implement state-of-the-art techniques.

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing AI models to improve performance.

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable AI systems.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior AI engineers and data scientists.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.

- Experience with popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models.

- Strong background in data manipulation, data wrangling, and data visualization.

- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

- Solid understanding of AI ethics, privacy, and fairness.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with AI model deployment, scaling, and monitoring in production environments.

- Knowledge of computer vision, speech recognition, or advanced NLP techniques.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
