Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior TIBCO BW Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks, with a strong understanding of integration solutions and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, including design specifications and test cases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in TIBCO BW applications and ensure high availability and performance.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development and integration processes.

- Stay updated on TIBCO product enhancements and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in TIBCO BW development and integration projects.

- Proficiency in TIBCO BW 5.x and TIBCO BW 6.x, including the use of plugins and adapters.

- Strong knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, and SQL.

- Experience with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO MDM, and TIBCO API Management is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based integration solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Certifications in TIBCO BW or related technologies.
