Senior Appian Developer - BPM (6-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement new Appian process models, leveraging the full capabilities of the Appian BPM Suite, including :

- Process Modeler

- Reporting

- UI Design

- Business Rules Development and Management

- Content and Case Management

- Update and maintain existing process models to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

- Expertly integrate Appian with various data sources, including databases, web services, and external systems using appropriate integration techniques.

Implement various Appian components, including :

- Tasks (user, system, and gateways)

- Message events and sub-processes

- Security and user administration

- Possess in-depth knowledge of BPM architecture patterns, best practices, and design principles.

- Strong understanding of SOAP and REST web services.

- Proficiency in writing SQL queries.

- Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Appian development.

- Appian certification(s) required.

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex business processes within the Appian platform.

- Strong understanding of Appian's core features, including process modeling, integration, UI development, and security.

- Experience with integrating Appian with various data sources and external systems.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
