Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, implementation, and support, along with a deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow platform features, including workflows, forms, and reports.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and other methods.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including business rules, client scripts, and script includes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow applications.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets and versioning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- ServiceNow Certified Developer or Certified System Administrator is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Service Portal and mobile application development in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
