We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and operations, with a passion for building scalable and reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure that supports the availability, scalability, and performance of applications.

- Collaborate with development teams to build reliable and efficient systems, focusing on automating processes and improving system reliability.

- Monitor system performance and health, using metrics and logging to identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment and testing processes.

- Perform capacity planning and demand forecasting to ensure system scalability.

- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to resolve outages and improve system resilience.

- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.

- Advocate for best practices in reliability engineering and operational excellence.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related field.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java).

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).

- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

- Knowledge of networking concepts, databases, and system architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and on-premises environments.
