Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Atlassian Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Atlassian products and a strong understanding of software development and project management processes. This role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining Atlassian tools to enhance collaboration and productivity across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Administration and Support : Manage and support Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Configuration and Customization : Customize and configure Atlassian tools to meet business needs, including workflows, permissions, and dashboards.

Integration : Integrate Atlassian products with other tools and platforms to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to Atlassian applications and environments, providing timely support to users.

Training and Documentation : Develop training materials and conduct workshops for users to maximize the benefits of Atlassian tools. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

Upgrade and Migration : Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and installations of Atlassian products, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects.

Collaboration : Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to improve workflows and ensure alignment with best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in administering and managing Atlassian products.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python) for automation and customization.

- Experience with database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based Atlassian products (Atlassian Cloud).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.

- Knowledge of REST APIs for integration purposes.
