Sales Operation and Marketing Manager

Position Operations Manager Role and Responsibilities:-

• Responsible in delivering top-line and bottom-line of all the clinics in the designated region.
• Achievement of monthly sales targets of clinics.
• Managing complete operations of the assigned clinics.
• Work closely with the clinic doctors & front desk to improve upon sales parameters such as medicinal conversion, average bill value, treatment upgrade etc.
• Effectively manage inventory of all clinics.
• Conduct monthly audits and report for variances, if any.
• Identifies new streams for revenue growth & develops them
• Demonstrates consistent process improvement and best practices to improve efficiencies and cost savings
• Identifies gaps/opportunities for service & engagement improvement, and develops and implements recommended action to improve the customer experience.
• Implementation of operational SOPs.
• Generally up-keep of all the centers as per SOP
• Hiring, training, grooming and attrition of clinic staff and

Requirements:-

MBA/Graduate with 8-12 years of experience , preferably in health care, Wellness, multi-location on retail.

• Should be good in data analytics and deriving insights.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Working understanding of P & L.
• Having ex-army background
