Recruiter Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Promote the organization as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of healthcare roles and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
