No any Mediclaim facility, 1 EL should be given, 15 minutes grace period for punching should be there, increment policy should be clear.

Liked nothing, No job security, worked there for 8 years just like I wasted my precious time.

Very bad place to work there rules are similar to jail rules, they have no trust on there employees. Lot of politics over there and doctors are trained like a sales person.

It was terribly bad and under pressure job, people lost there dignity, self Confidence and power of thinking new ideas. Last but not the least master mind for all this bullshit is the boss of the organization himself.

I did not received any kind of a benefit or facility except my salary with deductions for late coming from them, they consider 1 min late is late but never compensate for overtime

I don’t think there was nothing to like about cancer healer centre. No growth , you feel like dwarf when point come for growth.. very terrible experience.
