Position: Deputy Marketing Manager
Salary: 50k -80k
About the Role:
The Deputy Marketing Manager - Online will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and lead generation for Cancer Healer Center. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and healthcare marketing to help the organization achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Cancer Healer Center's services.
2. Plan campaigns to target specific audiences, including prospective patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
3. Collaborate with senior management to align online marketing goals with the organizations vision and objectives.
Content Marketing and Social Media
1. Manage content creation and curation for the website, blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
2. Develop engaging and educational content about cancer care, success stories, and services to attract and retain audiences.
3. Oversee social media strategy to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Performance Marketing
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and leads.
2. Monitor budgets, bids, and KPIs to ensure campaigns meet ROI targets.
SEO and Website Management
1. Oversee website updates, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
2. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
3. Analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and propose improvements.
Lead Generation and CRM
1. Develop and manage online lead generation strategies through PPC, social media, and email marketing.
2. Leverage CRM tools to segment audiences and personalize patient communication.
Analytics and Reporting
1. Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, including traffic, leads, conversion rates, and engagement levels.
2. Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes continuously.1. Supervise and guide the digital marketing team and external agencies.
2. Ensure cross-functional collaboration with content, design, and technical teams to execute campaigns effectively.
3. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, healthcare industry developments, and competitor activities.
