Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Experience: 1-3 Years
Qualification: BTech, MCA, BCA, (BTech + MBA), MBA
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies with a
clear focus on driving sales and lead generation.
Content Creation: Create compelling infographics, website designs, and other
marketing materials that effectively communicate value propositions and attract
potential clients.
Lead Generation: Actively engage in email marketing, and lead nurturing to generate
new business opportunities.
Content Writing: Write and edit persuasive content for websites, sales brochures, and
other marketing materials to support sales efforts.
Sales-Focused Material Preparation: Prepare and distribute sales-oriented materials
like brochures, presentations, and email campaigns to drive conversions.
Social Media Management: Proactively manage LinkedIn profiles and other social
media channels to identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and prospects.
Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, assist
in closing deals, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Marketing Performance Tracking: Track and report on marketing activities that directly
impact sales performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external
stakeholders to synchronize marketing efforts with sales goals, driving revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
Design Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using design tools like Canva, Power Point, and
other graphic design software to create impactful marketing and sales collateral (e.g.,
brochures, infographics, website layouts).
Web Design Skills: Hands-on experience with web design.
Creative and Energetic: A creative, energetic individual who brings fresh ideas and
innovative approaches to marketing strategies, with the ability to think outside the box
and execute bold concepts.
Content Writing: Excellent writing skills with a focus on persuasive messaging that
drives conversions and supports sales initiatives.
Lead Generation Experience: Proven experience in email marketing, Sales navigator and
lead generation techniques.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience with digital marketing
and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for sales and networking.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written
and verbal, essential for effective sales interactions.
Results-Driven Mindset: A strong focus on meeting sales targets and generating leads,
with a results-driven approach.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to
support deal closures and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
IT Industry Experience: Must have prior experience in the IT industry, with an
understanding of the sector's challenges, trends, and audience needs.
Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
