Role & responsibilities


CAMS is a technology driven financial infrastructure and services provider to Mutual Funds and other financial institutions for over 25 years. As the market leading Registrar and Transfer Agency to the Indian Mutual Fund industry, CAMS serves ~68% of the average assets under management as of July 2024. We also provide technology enabled service solutions to Alternatives and Insurance Companies. Besides serving as a B2B service partner, CAMS also serves customers through a variety of touch points such as pan-India network of service centres, white label call centre, online, mobile app and chatbot.


Frontline Recruitment:

  • Lead the recruitment process for frontline roles across various departments for Non-IT roles (MF Operations & customer service, AIF, Insurance, Banking, Payments, NPS).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Post job advertisements on relevant Employee referral, job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.

Mass Hiring Initiatives.

  • Plan and execute large-scale hiring campaigns to meet organizational staffing requirements.
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to manage high-volume recruitment for various positions.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently and on schedule.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, ensuring that hiring targets are met and the process remains cost-effective.

Walk-in Interviews:

  • Organize and manage walk-in interview drives to attract a large volume of candidates.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, candidate registration, and interview schedules.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements
  • Ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers, providing timely feedback.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment vendors and Stakeholders, ensuring timely service delivery (Updates & Follow ups)
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to senior leadership

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain recruitment reports, including candidate tracking, interview outcomes, and hiring progress.
  • Document the walk-in interview process and candidate feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all recruitment records are up-to-date and comply with company policies and data protection laws

Processing Consultant Invoices

  • Collaborate with finance and accounts teams to process consultant and vendor invoices.
  • Ensure that consultant invoices align with agreements and recruitment contracts.
  • Address any discrepancies and maintain accurate records for future reference.
  • Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate invoicing

Education:

Bachelors degree or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on frontline and mass hiring.

Hands-on experience in organizing and managing walk-in interviews and large-scale recruitment campaigns.

Proven ability to process and manage vendor invoices accurately.

Skills:

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, vendors and Stake holders effectively.

Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and meet deadlines.
