Manager/ Deputy Manager

Role & responsibilities

Mentor the team by providing necessary support and clarifications to ensure client deliverables are met.

Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple clients.

Plan day-to-day activities and assign deliverables to the team.

Monitor activities to ensure deliverables are met within agreed turnaround times (TAT) and with utmost accuracy.

Accurate computation of NAV, distribution allocation, and XIRR.

Timely delivery of client deliverables related to regulatory reporting and internal management requirements.

Timely computation of tax liabilities and filing of returns such as TDS, Service Tax, and Income Tax.

Compliance with fund regulations and the provisions of fund documents, including the Contribution Agreement and Private Placement Memorandum.

Work closely with the leadership team at CAMS to drive operational and delivery excellence projects in fund accounting

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified CA or CMA

Experience in core accounting activities of mid/large size institution.

Knowledge on finalization of accounts, Taxation and on recent changes and developments.

Knowledge of fund accounting would be an added advantage
