Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Monitor and ensure excellent client relationships, focusing on complaint management and investor services.
  • Continuous Improvement in Service and Quality: Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization by developing processes, systems, and performance metrics to enhance accuracy in financial transaction processing, data quality, and minimize investor complaints and claims.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and promote risk awareness throughout the organization.
  • Operational SLAs: Ensure operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with the highest quality and within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
  • Incident Management: Identify, analyze, and report significant failures through formal incident reports. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify risks in processes, implement risk mitigation measures, and highlight any residual risks.
  • Productivity Focus: Drive improvements in unit productivity by simplifying processes and implementing automation.
  • Quality Orientation: Continuously improve quality across all operations to achieve higher standards and delight customers.
  • Error Reduction: Regularly review transaction errors to improve the quality of processing and minimize mistakes.
  • Coordination with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with the CAMS CSC team, technology, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the companys interests are protected at all times.
