Senior Technology Associate

1. Should have 4 to 6 Years of experience in Windows Platform with related Certifications.
2. Network Knowledge L1 support that includes connectivity problems at the client end.
3. Active Directory and Domain knowledge is required.
4. Need to Work on Tickets and should meet the SLA on resolution.
5. Should know Hardware calls on Servers, Printers, Desktops, and laptops.
6. Resolve Software/Application installation calls related to Cloud and Desktop platforms.
7. Give permanent fix to the assigned tickets with ITIL Standard Process.
8. End-to-end ownership on tickets assigned till closure.
9. Co-ordinate with third-party vendors, and other support groups for problem resolution.
10. Provide the Anti-Virus and OSE Patch support to all Systems.
11. Microsoft Applications knowledge in resolving and Fixing issues.
12. Should be flexible to work based on the Requirements.
