Senior System Administrator

As a Senior System Administrator, you will:

• Manage and maintain servers, VOIP, voice infra, and cloud server commissioning and decommissioning for projects.
• Deploy and manage monitoring tools to ensure network performance, security, and compliance with industry standards. Maintain network security for infrastructure and user devices.
• Ensure regular backups run without issues, perform disaster recovery activities, and manage cloud backup of critical project data.
• Manage Office 365 services for organizational needs and handle user accounts, group policies, and permissions via Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot IT support tickets, handle escalations, and ensure that team members close tickets within SLA and follow proper procedures.
• Provide ongoing training to the team, conduct weekly reviews, and ensure the team follows best practices and processes.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in Office 365 administration and managing Active Directory for user authentication and system management.
• Proficient in managing on-premises servers, networking devices, and cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS).
• Strong knowledge of networking (switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP) and security practices.
• Expertise in managing regular backups, data recovery, and cloud-based backup solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
