Project planning and development.
Documentation of systems and projects. System monitoring of client networks and managed services. Software deployments, patches, updates, and reporting. Able to work on different schedules throughout the day, including weekends.

Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Editions
Experience with user creation/management in Active Directory, Entra/Azur. eADGeneral knowledge and experience with firewalls, routers, wireless networks, and security
Familiar with productivity applications and networking under Microsoft Windows and MacOS
Experience with configuration, installation, and support of desktops
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Virtualization
