Job Description
What Work You Will be Responsible For: Provide remote support of end users' desktops, servers, and networking infrastructures.
Helpdesk support of MS Office 365 applications and Azur.
eInteract with end users to troubleshoot general IT issues and security applications.

Documentation of systems and projects.
System monitoring of client networks and managed services.
Software deployments, patches, updates, and reporting.
Able to work on different schedules throughout the day, including weekends.
Basic Qualifications.

8-10 years of work experience with helpdesk and technical project background
