Job Description

As a Help Desk Engineer you will be required to work with both the customer and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible providing operational technical support to the customer on hardware infrastructure and networking.

Roles Responsibilities

Address configuration related to email, profiles, active directory, incorrect passwords, installation/uninstallation of software, device drivers, network configuration on user end points.
Interfacing with relevant OEMs if required.
Communicating and collaborating with various members of customer and internal/external teams.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts/issues in a simple, relevant manner.
Provide assistance to on-site, remote and VIP users.
Adhere to and comply with IT security policies.
Support operational maintenance activities - planned and unplanned.
Prepare relevant documentation, monthly reports, highlight areas of concern, suggest solutions to resolve operational issues.

Requirement

Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or relevant field
Good communication skills
Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Deep understanding of end user computing technology
Fair knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policies and O365
