Talent Experience Coordinator

We re looking for a Talent Experience Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team in India.

This role is part of our Recruiting Operations team and is responsible for partnering with the global Talent Acquisition team to hire top talent and provide an unmatched candidate experience. We do this through effective processes, automation, and high-touch communication that excites candidates and set us apart from the competition. We are looking for a Talent Experience Coordinator to schedule interviews, ultimately ensuring that candidates have an amazing experience as they consider Calix as their next career destination, and that interviewers are enabled to timely assess our candidates.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring leaders to move candidates through the interview process.
• Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics in a timely and accurate manner for candidates in India, Europe and in North America.
• Own the interview scheduling phase of the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that inspire the best talent to want to work at Calix.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and improve recruiting processes from the ground up (e.g. reducing rescheduling rates or refining our communications).

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of previous recruiting coordination experience.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to easily connect with all types of people in person or virtually.
• Flexibility required to work on rotational shifts (day and night) based on business needs.
• Able to multi-task in a challenging and global fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and without compromising quality of work.
• Experience with Rooster and Workday ATS a plus.

• India - (Flexible hybrid work model - work from our Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
