Job Description
Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract-tohire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, and expertise in utilizing platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn to identify and engage top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, with a focus on Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work on multiple mandates at the same time, each with a different deadline
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
Requirements

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 yearsexperience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably for tech roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates using Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and IT industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience multi-tasking in a high-tech environment
