Talent Acquisition Executive

Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to reduce time-to-hire
Gather job profile requirements from functional team and draft job descriptions
Spearhead sourcing from agencies and online job posting
Conduct assessment test and give assignments to candidates as pre-hiring process
Orchestrate recruitment selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
Work on Application Tracking System (ATS) for efficient team collaboration
Conduct background verification and check reports
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Lead employment branding initiatives

 

Requirement:

Experience 2-4 years in Talent Acquisition
Must have startup experience
Excellent interpersonal skills

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a series A funded D2C Wellness Platform. This will initially be an individual contributor role responsible to build a team as the startup grows.
