Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and conducting AI-driven interviews while maintaining recruitment-related MIS reports. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule AI-driven interviews for candidates across different roles.
• Monitor AI interview performance and assist in refining the process based on feedback.
• Communicate with candidates to guide them through the AI interview process and address any concerns.
• Maintain and update recruitment data, reports, and dashboards using MIS tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Track candidate progress and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
• Support the overall recruitment process, including sourcing and screening as needed.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of candidate interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Coordination (Freshers are welcome).

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for MIS reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
