Head of Strategy Special Projects for IGSS
Role - Technology Special Projects
Purpose - The Head of Strategy Special Projects will be responsible for driving IGSS's long-term vision by designing, executing, and monitoring strategies that align with organizational goals. This leader will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria - Age 32 to 45 years
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, or a leadership role in a high-growth organization.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives and driving organizational growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on datadriven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
- Leadership skills to inspire and drive change while managing crossfunctional teams.
- High adaptability to dynamic environments and challenges.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Job Description:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and articulate IGSSs vision, mission, and long-term goals.
- Oversee the formulation, communication, and execution of corporate strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership on critical strategic decisions.
Growth & Innovation:
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Champion innovation and digital transformation, ensuring IGSS remains competitive and forward-thinking.
- Drive the development of new business models that enhance profitability and scalability.
Operational Excellence:
- Align organizational processes, systems, and culture with strategic goals.
- Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and impact measurement.
- Develop cross-functional strategies that enhance collaboration and resource optimization.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning:
- Lead in-depth analyses of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Ensure IGSS maintains a strong position in existing markets while identifying areas for expansion.
- Build and maintain external relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and investors.
Governance & Risk Management:
- Ensure the organizations strategic direction aligns with regulatory, ethical, and governance standards.
- Identify risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop robust mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear, actionable reports to the Board of Directors, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
Team Development & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategy team.
- Embed a culture of strategic thinking and innovation across all levels of the organization.
- Inspire and align the leadership team around IGSSs strategic priorities.
