Lead - Strategy - Chemicals Business (10-15 yrs)

- We are looking for a Lead Stratgy for a client which is a leading conglomerate with its presence across the globe .

- The role will be responsible for formulating both domestic and international business strategies for our business.

- This role involves developing comprehensive blueprints for organic and inorganic growth, analyzing industry trends, and forecasting competitive scenarios to drive company's strategic objective.

- The role holder will work independently and in partnership with various stakeholders to ensure successful strategy implementation in addition to this track global competitor and their best practices and see relevance to Indian environments. Analyse and benchmark operational performance with competition. Regulatory approvals (Competition commission of India) for all inorganic transactions.

1. Interact and engage with various stake holders as part of formulation of strategy: Internal and external

2. Partnering with stake holders for seeking approvals of the strategy.

3. Evaluate inorganic players and access suitability and competitions.

4. Land acquisition (GU/BT), Raw Material Tie ups : Search, Negotiate and close.

5. Partnering with Inorganic ( M&A) team on executions, based on requirements.

6. Highly skilled job to access this impact of regulation on each acquisition and combination of acquisition which is the prerequisite for going into any acquisition.
