Senior Vice President - Asset Financing (12-15 yrs)

Job Description:

- Collaborate with teams to create and deliver solutions that bring to bear the full breadth of financing capabilities - mezzanine finance, acquisition finance, PE buy-out funding, leveraged finance, bridge to equity/bond and other structured products.

- Train and mentor junior bankers (Associates and Analysts) as they develop core investment banking skill sets.

- Expect to have a set of existing relationships with mid-sized corporate Promoters.

- Generate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clients..

- Learn from, and work with, teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm

- The position will be based in Mumbai

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Law or other relevant area

- At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in executing/ideating financing transactions/investment banking or Corporate Finance experience

- Atleast 7-10 deal closures with end-to-end deal experience and at least 3-5 originated transactions.

- Ability to train and develop Associates and Analysts

- Excellent in communication and proficient in English; Ability to interact with C-Level Executive
