Job Description:
- A leading global luxury real estate firm is hiring a Group Head of Strategy.
- As the Group Head of Strategy, you will work closely with the Group MD, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.
- This strategic leadership role involves spearheading initiatives, optimizing processes, and launching new business ventures to ensure sustainable success.
Key Requirements:
- Current experience as a Strategy, P&L, or Business Head within Real Estate, Hospitality, or Allied industries (MUST).
- Prior experience with one of these consulting firms: McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or Kearney (MUST).
- Proven track record managing large P&L (- 500+ Cr).
- 10+ years of leadership experience.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a Tier-1 institution.
- Demonstrated success in delivering strategic projects, driving business growth, and optimizing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
- Develop a compelling vision and long-term growth strategy aligned with our company's mission and objectives.
- Craft a detailed roadmap outlining key initiatives, market expansion plans, and resource allocation strategies to achieve strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of the growth strategy, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Monitor and measure the performance of strategic initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Translate strategic plans into actionable tactics, setting clear objectives and performance metrics for success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market disruptions to identify new growth opportunities.
- Communicate the strategic vision and roadmap effectively to all levels of the organization, fostering buy-in and engagement.
- Partner with leadership teams across various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure strategic alignment.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role, with a demonstrably successful track record of developing and executing high-growth strategies.
- Proven ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategic vision to diverse audiences.
