About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations / Program Manager to lead initiatives focused on optimizing loan repayment and collections. In this role, you will understand the user needs, come up with new initiatives based on your understanding and drive operational excellence by managing cross-functional project to enhance loan repayment efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve loan repayment and collection processes, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.

- Program Management: Lead end-to-end program management for initiatives related to loan servicing, repayments, and collections, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity in loan management processes.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across product, sales, collections, risk, compliance, and customer support to implement new processes, tools, and policies that improves portfolio health.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: To improve the profitability of the loan portfolio across various customer segments.

- Solve for Scale: Drive continuous improvements in the business model and contribute to the overall functioning of the organization by identifying opportunities to scale.

- 8+ years of relevant experience in a Strategy & Operations role, preferably in a FinTech/Bank/NBFC solving for repayments and collections.

- Good understanding of the overall fintech and lending ecosystem in India.

- Smart and driven individual who can ideate, build and implement initiatives to drive critical outcomes.

- High sense of ownership and ability to drive projects to execution by building consensus among stakeholders.

- Experienced in structuring ambiguous problems with an ability to think laterally and in multiple dimensions.

- Communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver complex, data driven insights to management.

- Organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines.
