Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager/ Strategy Consultant to join our Founders Office and drive key strategic and growth initiatives , demonstrating strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement growth strategies by identifying high-impact business opportunities, developing data-driven insights, and executing initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the founders, managing priorities, streamlining communication, and optimizing executive workflows.
- Lead multiple projects with a focus on scalability, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to shape strategic decisions, enhance market positioning, and identify emerging trends.
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive business transformation.
- Define and track key performance metrics, leveraging insights to enhance growth strategies and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies, expansion initiatives, and revenue growth plans.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders, including founders and senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For:
- MBA from a premier institute.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Growth & Strategy roles within a Founders Office or a management consulting firm .
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills for impactful storytelling and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable delivering against challenging commitments and driving high-impact results.
