As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will drive business growth and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define & lead key strategic initiatives of the organisation

2. Develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

3. Optimize operational workflows for efficiency and scalability.

4. Collaborate with teams across Admissions, Marketing, Academics, and Finance.

5. Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and drive data-driven decisions.

6. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
