Purchase Manager (Solar EPC Project)

Position: Purchase Manager (Civil / Service Level Procurement)

Location: Noida, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for civil works and service-level agreements within solar EPC projects.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and quality compliance.
• Cost Optimization: Manage budgets and control costs while ensuring the procurement of high-quality materials and services.
• Contract Management: Oversee procurement contracts, service agreements, and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to understand project needs and meet procurement objectives.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure materials and services are available when required.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years in procurement, specifically in civil works or service-level procurement for Solar EPC projects.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills. Knowledge of solar EPC project requirements is a plus.
• Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, plus diploma in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
