MIS Operator

Job Summary:

The MIS Operator will be responsible for monitoring, compiling, and generating daily reports related to operational data. This includes tracking key metrics such as availability, trips, run kilometers, missed kilometers, accidents, breakdowns, and other relevant operational details. The role ensures that accurate and timely data is provided to management to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Day-to-Day Data and Report Generation
• Regularly track and monitor day-to-day operational data.
• Ensure all necessary data is collected from various systems and sources on time.
• Generate accurate and detailed reports based on the collected data.
• Analyze and interpret data to highlight trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Preparing Daily Summary Reports
• Prepare and present daily summaries, including key operational metrics:
• Availability of vehicles/drivers.
• Trips completed by drivers.
• Distance traveled (run kilometers).
• Missed kilometers and reasons for discrepancies.
• Record and report on accidents, breakdowns, and other incidents.
• Ensure that the daily reports are consistent, clear, and easy to understand.
• Submit reports to the relevant departments or stakeholders on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Any Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in data monitoring, reporting, or MIS-related roles. Prior experience in operational or logistics data management is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Advance Excel ( Vlookup , Hlookup, Pivat Table & others Short cuts )
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role,
• Full-time position with standard working hours.
