Manager / Sr. Manager EPC Design Engineer

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Solar EPC Design Engineer (Pre-Bidding)

Location: Noida, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Bid Design Engineering: Develop initial design concepts and technical proposals for solar projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and specifications.
• System Design: Create electrical layouts, system specifications, and equipment selections for proposed solar projects.
• Energy Assessment: Perform energy production calculations and simulations using industry-standard tools.(PV Syst, Solar GIS etc )
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to assess project feasibility and submit competitive bids.
• Technical Support: Provide design input during the pre-bid process and address client queries with technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in Solar EPC design engineering or similar roles.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, etc.) and an understanding of electrical system design.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
