RPA- Business Analyst

1. Requirements Gathering & Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze manual, repetitive processes that can be automated using RPA tools. Document business requirements and map out existing processes.
   
2. Solution Design & Optimization: Work closely with RPA developers and technical teams to design automation solutions. Suggest process improvements and optimize workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability of the RPA solutions.
   
3. Stakeholder Communication & Training: Serve as the main point of contact between business users and technical teams. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of RPA tools.
   
4. Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure that RPA solutions meet business requirements through rigorous testing. Validate automated processes, identify any issues, and collaborate with developers to address them.
   
5. Monitoring & Reporting: Track the performance of deployed RPA bots, identify opportunities for further automation, and ensure that RPA systems are continuously aligned with business goals. Provide regular reports on RPA performance and improvements.
   

This role typically combines business analysis skills with an understanding of automation technologies.
