Primary Skills 

5-7 years of experience as a Life science Clinical Business Analyst

Experience working on JIRA, Confluence

Understanding of Agile practices

Experience in conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering

Strong consulting experience

Location:Hyderabad (preferable), Open for other locations
Academic background:MTech, MBA, BTech with Life Science experience

 
About The Role : 

Support and educate users of on the use of clinical and complementary applications. Prepare end-user training materials

Ability to effectively translate business requirements to functional requirements

Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff

Requires minimal direction from leadership and possesses the ability to learn quickly

Identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution.

Provide high quality service to users, according to defined service level agreements.

Create and run reports as needed using tools such as Epic Reporting Workbench.

Document and analyze business processes and workflows to help drive business process improvements and ensure accurate system configuration.
