Job Overview.

CN Solutions is seeking a qualified and experienced RPA Business Analyst to join our team.

As an RPA Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing RPA solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and techniques, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate should have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years, and be located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications And Skills.

4 to 6 years of experience as an RPA Business Analyst.

Strong knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools and techniques.

Experience with industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Proficient in business process analysis and requirements gathering.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Certification in RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) is a plus.
