Associate General Manager/General Manager - Human Resources
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in HR Strategy Development and support to Group HR Strategy plan process
The incumbent will partner with Chief of Staff to GHRP to :
- Prepare Annual HR Strategy/Annual Operating Plan
- Provide inputs on Group HR strategy by providing insights through understanding of context and business
- Gather market insights in terms of best practices and provide inputs accordingly
- On-time preparation of HR strategy/AOP document
- Quality of HR AOP document
HR Strategy Deployment:
- Maintain tracker of GCM/BCM/GHB High Priority HR Projects and update progress
- Identify areas where support from HR Advisor can hasten the progress of completion of project.
- On time preparation of ATR and ATR progress
- Accuracy of ATR progress
HR Analytics and HR Dashboard:
- Study and analyze all HR metrics/dashboards released by GPHR Office of Sector HR Heads and put up to Advisor HR the concern areas
Timeliness and accuracy:
- Support HR Advisor in reviewing /tracking/supporting progress of key strategic HR initiatives, preparation of analytics reports /dashboards , track progress of KPIs of HR Advisor and other assignments being handled by HR Advisor across GCM/MCM Offices, Business CEOs/ GPHR Office /COE areas/Business HR and shared Services
Requirement:
- Relevant and total years of Experience
- MBA in any Steam with preference from Tier 1&2 colleges
- 12+ years of experience in HR Functions
- Should have prior experience of leading office function of CEO / equivalent business head of large organization integrating diverse functions.
- Excellent project management / program management skills with strong execution focus.
- Stakeholder management and building relationships, drive for results in non-reporting relationships.
- Demonstrate high level of energy, collaborating abilities, communication skills, prompt and proactive attitude, people friendly, people management abilities and high learnability
- Excellent articulate and analytical skills, experience in working with multiple teams, across multiple locations, shall be an added advantage
- Should align to GMR Values & Beliefs, with high work ethic and integrity
