Job Title: Head - Operations , Charge Points
Role :
This role is pivotal in driving the operational strategy, ensuring smooth execution, and scaling our charging infrastructure across the country.
Candidates from Telecom Industry will be preferred.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning and Execution :
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee the expansion and scaling of the charge points network across multiple cities.
Operational Management :
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the charging stations.
- Implement best practices for site selection, installation, and maintenance of charge points.
- Optimize resource allocation and manage operational budgets.
Vendor and Partner Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for the company.
Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards.
Customer Experience:
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any operational issues that impact the customer experience.
Data and Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics to drive operational decisions and improvements.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Innovation and Technology:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the EV charging industry.
- Integrate innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the EV, automotive, or infrastructure sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
