Chief Business Officer - FMCG/Retail/D2C - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (14-20 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Lead strategic planning and execute business initiatives organization-wide to drive growth and achieve corporate objectives.

- Oversee full P&L management across key functions, including Sales, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations.

- Formulate and implement business strategies to meet the goals and expectations of the board and shareholders.

- Direct the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and auditing.

- Establish, maintain, and regularly review the company's structure, systems, policies, and procedures to support and monitor core organizational functions.

- Foster a culture of innovation and empowerment aligned with the organization's core values and philosophy.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Chief Business Officer role will have:

- An MBA from a top-tier institution.

- Background in FMCG, Retail, or D2C industries.

- Prior experience in management consulting or Consumer industry is preferred.

- Proven track record in roles such as CEO, CBO, or Head of Department, with expertise in business strategy, planning, and P&L management.
