- Business Development & Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with investors, stakeholders, and leadership associates. Handle investor queries on MIS and business performance.
- Time & Productivity Management: Optimize the Founder's schedule, ensuring focus on high impact decisions and minimizing redundant tasks.
- Financial & Analytical Skills: Manage Excel sheets, analyze data, and work on financial statements and plans.
Experience & Skills:
- 6-15 years in a similar role or consulting background.
- Strong planning, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial tools and advanced Excel.
