Associate Projects - APAC & MEA

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

RFP Management

• Understanding client requests for quotes
• Applying Borderless access capabilities and market research understanding for preparing effective quotes for clients
• Answering client questions on RFPs/ quotes with a consultative approach
• Follow-ups to convert RFP to Projects
• Regular updates to the internal team on the RFP status

Project Management

• Setting up and launch of projects commissioned to BA
• Managing project activities end-to-end to ensure a smooth project run
• Regular updates to clients on projects
• Answering client queries on project-related queries
• Regular updates to the internal team on project status

Vendor Management

• Managing vendors effectively for delivery of RFPs and Projects to clients

Preferred candidate profile

• Required experience of 1 to 2 years from relevant industry
• Good written/oral communication skills
• Organized in the work
• Attention to details
• Capable of solving project-related complications (with the help of the team)
• Hard working, willing to walk extra mile when required
• Quick learner
