Preferred candidate profile

• 5-7 years of experience in HR operations and/or HR business partnering role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliances and performance management system.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
