Bits In Glass - Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition (6-10 yrs)

Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquistion Specialist to join our team.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong LinkedIn network and possess 6 to 8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in the IT industry.

- Candidate should have good hans-on experience in end-to-end recruitment & vendor management.

Responsibilities:

- Screening based on the set guidelines and scheduling interviews.

- Utilize your LinkedIn network to source and attract top talent in the IT industry.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Vendor management:

- Actively involved in onboarding and employee documentation.

- Collaborate with hiring managers, internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.

- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

- 6 to 8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in the IT industry.

- Need to have have a strong understanding of the complete recruitment life cycle.

- Proven track record of hiring niche technologies like Pega, Appian, Mulesoft, RPA.

- Strong LinkedIn network and sourcing skills.

- Good hands-on experience in using AI recruiting tools, job portals like Naukri, etc.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
