Title: Sales Manager (Global Capability Center) GCC.
Location: Pune / Mohali / Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:.
- Drive innovation within the Global Capability Center (GCC) through strategic sales initiatives.
- Experience in B2B enterprise application sales, focusing on expanding client partnerships.
- Manage and grow client relationships with midsize centers/companies in India.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and GCC operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
