Job Description:

- Exp Required:- 5+ yrs Location:- Pune, Mohali, Hyderabad.

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong LinkedIn network and possess 5+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

- Screening on the set guidelines and scheduling interviews.

- Utilize your LinkedIn network to source and attract top talent in the IT industry Manage end to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding Actively involved in onboarding and employee documentation Collaborate with hiring managers, internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

- Candidates should have experience in low-code/no-code hiring.

- Need to have have a strong understanding of the complete recruitment life cycle Proven track record of hiring niche technologies like Pega, Appian, Mulesoft, RPA Strong LinkedIn network and sourcing skills Good hands-on experience in using AI recruiting tools, job portals like Naukri, etc.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
