Job Description

Role Overview:

As an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist, you will lead the execution of strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns tailored for high-value accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, demand generation, and content marketing, to develop personalized and scalable ABM initiatives. Your mission will be to enhance engagement across the entire sales funnel, align marketing efforts with business objectives, and deliver measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities:


ABM Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy that aligns with the company's go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive full-funnel audience segmentation for Top of Funnel (ToFu), Middle of Funnel (MoFu), and Bottom of Funnel (BoFu) engagement.
  • Execute highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, and paid media to nurture high-priority accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and prioritize key accounts based on intent signals and engagement data.

Personalization & Content Optimization:

  • Create industry-specific landing pages, email campaigns, and ad copy to drive meaningful engagement and conversions.
  • Develop tailored messaging for different personas and verticals, ensuring alignment with customer pain points and needs.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to personalize outreach and content distribution effectively.

Email Marketing & Automation:

  • Design, implement, and optimize industry-focused email marketing campaigns using Marketo or similar platforms.
  • Build and manage trigger-based email workflows based on account activity and engagement signals.
  • Continuously test and refine email performance through A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, and messaging.

Display & Social Advertising:

  • Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn and display ad campaigns for high-value accounts.
  • Optimize ad performance by analyzing key metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CVR (Conversion Rate).
  • Align advertising efforts with broader ABM objectives to maximize return on investment.

Sales & Marketing Alignment:

  • Partner with sales to track engagement signals and provide actionable insights for personalized outreach.
  • Ensure seamless handoff between marketing and sales teams for a coordinated account engagement strategy.
  • Conduct regular alignment meetings with sales teams to optimize pipeline development and campaign effectiveness.

Performance Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance and generate in-depth reports on engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize the effectiveness of ABM programs.
  • Continuously iterate and improve ABM efforts based on performance analytics and feedback.

Key Skills & Tools:


Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for tracking campaign performance.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Display Network.

Core Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of ABM principles, full-funnel marketing strategies, and persona-based messaging.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • A results-driven and detail-oriented approach to campaign execution and optimization.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
