Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and inspire a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects.
• Champion best practices, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration across teams.

AI/ML Solution Development

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise-level AI solutions for complex business challenges.
• Engineer and optimize Generative AI models (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Transformer-based architectures for enhanced performance.
• Leverage advanced techniques such as prompt engineering, transfer learning, and model optimization to build cutting-edge solutions.

NLP Expertise

• Develop state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions using tools like Word2Vec, BERT, SpaCy, NLTK, CoreNLP, TextBlob, and GloVe.
• Perform advanced text preprocessing, semantic analysis, sentiment analysis, and tokenization to drive actionable insights.

Cloud & Deployment

• Design and deploy AI services using frameworks such as FastAPI or gRPC.
• Build cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Use Docker for containerization and deploy ML models on Kubernetes clusters for optimized performance.

Database Management

• Work extensively with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Optimize database queries for high-volume data processing and ensure seamless data flow.

Big Data & Analytics

• Leverage big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Hive for large-scale data analysis and processing.
• Apply statistical methods and experimental design to uncover actionable insights from data.

MLOps & CI/CD

• Design and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for seamless integration, testing, and deployment of machine learning models.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI/ML models in production environments.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to identify challenges and propose impactful solutions.
• Present complex technical insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Experience

• 5-8 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing and mentoring data science teams.
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions to solve real-world business challenges.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning.
• Deep expertise in NLP tools such as Word2Vec, BERT, NLTK, SpaCy, TextBlob, CoreNLP, and GloVe.
• Strong knowledge of Transformer-based architectures and Generative AI/LLMs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment technologies (FastAPI, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and machine learning algorithms.

Domain Knowledge

• Experience in Online Reputation Management or product-based industries is a significant advantage.
